150 lbs

Between 12-15% BF (judging by looking through hundreds of example pics)
And I strength train 6 days a week.
A couple weeks ago I decided to cut so I could have my abs looking the way they used to, but now I think I should just forget that and do a clean bulk since I only weigh 150 lbs. I know all the right foods to eat and have my macros planned out around 150-200g protein, 300-400g carbs and about 70-80 g fats.
My questions are:
Should I do any cardio on a clean bulk? If so how much?
How many calories should I consume daily to add LEAN weight?
And would it be stupid for me to continue cutting a little more before my clean bulk?
