ok thanx for the advice. I am a smoker so i hope i don`t fall over and croak i take thyroid meds as well and battling menopause at a very early age. So my god this better help me . My diet is good but it will get better in the next weeks to come. Basic really oatmeal gym shake tuna with salad after that then in between somewhere a bar then dinner meat veggies. No beef only wild game deer,elk bear, i eat chicken and sea food the odd piece of cheese cake lots of coffee ya and did i mention red wine i love it but i will lay off that for a while now. Is there anything else i need to know. I`m 5'7" weigh 140 ish body fat who knows hair colour well red of course
