Need help with Clen?????

I need help taking my clen. I`m good with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off thing and the dosage. However i need to know when to take the taurine with the clen , after or before or do i take it during the 2 weeks off and what is HIT not sure on these short forms someone help soon cause i start my clen tomorrw.

Red post your current stats hieght weight bf% training and diet be very specfic.

IE
Meal 1
1/3 c oats
6 egg whites

Meal 2
1 oz almonds
etc...
 
Take the Taurine with the Clen; 3-5g a day. I didn't take it during the 2 weeks off. HIT training is a type of cardio----interval training basically.
 
ok thanx for the advice. I am a smoker so i hope i don`t fall over and croak i take thyroid meds as well and battling menopause at a very early age. So my god this better help me . My diet is good but it will get better in the next weeks to come. Basic really oatmeal gym shake tuna with salad after that then in between somewhere a bar then dinner meat veggies. No beef only wild game deer,elk bear, i eat chicken and sea food the odd piece of cheese cake lots of coffee ya and did i mention red wine i love it but i will lay off that for a while now. Is there anything else i need to know. I`m 5'7" weigh 140 ish body fat who knows hair colour well red of course

The clen will do very little if your diet is not 100% on target. Please check the stickies at the top of this board for examples of clean diets also check out some of the ladies logs. What thyroid meds were you on and were they Dr. prescribed? You really should get your bf% done as 140 is just a number and with out your bf% there is no real grasp of your body composition. Also why are you not eating any red meat? There is an amino acid profile that is only found in red meat. I eat a little read meat every day.

First - QUIT SMOKING!!! Those things are nasty and they make you stink! (I quit 3 years ago, so I can say that!)

Second - Get that diet down to a T.

Third - If your diet and training aren't in place, Clen will absolutely do nothing for you.

Fourth - I really think Clen is very overrated - JMO

I think you would be better off with Ephedrine if you want a good fat burner. Clen is getting a lot of attention and I honestly don't know why. The stuff is crap.

Be careful with Clen. Don't take too much at a time and you need to expect side effects. Hope you don't need steady hands!! lol Good luck! :)
 
i do eat red meat just not beef the last time i had my bf done it was 22 % that was in Oct. O h man i don`t even know how to navigate on this site let alone stickies. My thyroid meds r a prescription yes. I`m finding this site hard to get around in. It was just last nite that i figured out how to post a message
 
0k i will quit later. I have taken clen before that was years ago and it worked but i don`t recall taking anything with it and i did my cycle different
