Hey ladies,
This is my first thread on this site and it seems as though you guys know your stuff so I hope I can get some good help from you.
I am planning on doing clen , cytomel ,var cycle . I have done this once before and was not pleased with the clen . I thought it may have been the supplier so I am going to go elsewhere. I was then told about Phentermines as a fat loss product. My goal is to lean down , my main concern right now is the fat loss cycle and then do the anavar. My question is ,has anyone taken phentermines? Are they good? Should I just stick with my original plan of clenbuterol and cytomel? If so , could someone give me their cycle example? Should I do Anavar at the same time or do it when I cycle off the fat burners? If anyone has a cycle that has worked for them I would love to check it out. Thanks for listening.

Why didn't you like then Clen? No results? How did you does it?

How was the results of the Var? Brand? Dose? Before/after stats?

Results of all cycles will be based on diet and training - do you have that down pat? Not a healthy diet, but a CLEAN diet. How is the diet and training?

I will ALWAYS vote NO on the Cytomel (T3). I think it is it unnecessary IF your diet and training is solid. IMO T3 should only be used in a competitors situation - a professional's situation. That goes for ALL drugs - the outcome depends ultimately on diet and training. If that is not PERFECT, then the results will be less than steller in ALL cases.

I think Thermorexin is better than Clen. Clen is really only useful when your BF is already LOW - like below 15%. I would go with Thermorexin or Ephedrine HCl for a metabolism booster before Clen.

Also, it is more helpful to have MORE information when you are seeking advice. It is hard to give responsible, helpful information unless we know SPECIFICS. :) Like food choices, timing of meals and workouts, food preparartion, condiments, measurement of food, amount if food, exact workout split, cardio, intensity, workout history, personal stats (BF%, wt, ht, etc), and your SPECIFIC goals. For example, "lose fat" is not a goal - it is an outcome of hard work. Set specific, measureable goals with specific numbers and timeframe. THAT is easier to work with and judge progress.

So sorry about the lack of personal info. I am 5'7" 140. my BF right now is a bit high at 17%. I got down to 14 or 15% when I did the first cycle. But have let things slide.Getting nutrition and workouts on track again . I don't have a desire to do a show just have a stellar , hard body. The clen was not effective. I suppose because I could not "feel" it working in my body. There was no wrestlessness, no jitters, just headaches. I started at 25 mcg and slowly increased then came down slow as well. The Var was good. Did notice muscle hardening and was training hard. Clen was by Novagam ordered from Medsmex.com did research on them prior and they checked out. Var was ordered from Powermedica out of Florida it came in 5mg and 8mg capsules. I did 8mg the first 5 weeks and 13 the last week. I also see a nutritionist who in the past trained pro athletes and bodybuilders but he strictly does the nutrition part now. Thanks for responding so quickly.

Well, with the knowledge that you don't want to compete, I think T3 is totally unecessary. Of course, the ultimate decision is up to you. :) I think with the proper diet, proper training, amd patience, you can get results WITHOUT T3. All T3 ever did for me is make me fatigued, nauseated, and almost pass out. :( T3 is not the magic drug people think it is.

What are you loking for in the so-called fat burners? Energy, appetite suppressent, etc. In all seriousness, I think Thermorexin is the best out there when cutting. It doesn't give you jitters (for most people), but it is fantastic at appetite suppressant, water elimination, and really really aids in BF removal. On T-Rex, I can eat a so-so diet (with fast food 1-2 times a week) and keep training - and easily maintain my weight. If I get strict withdiet, training, and use T-Rex, I lose fat at a nice pace.

Since you say you have "let things slide" I think you should get back on track WITHOUT drugs first, then add them in later if necessary. Take the next 8 weeks or so, focus on getting the diet clean and training tough again - then re-evalaute the need for additional supplementations. Motivation and results don't come from outside supplements - they come from within. :)

Post up a COMPLETE days worth of food (with details) and your training schedule (with details) and I am SURE we can tweak your program to give results NOW. :)

Phentermine is a diet drug that was the "phen" in fen-phen (or phen-fen??) which gave some people heart problems if I recall, from the late '90s, and was taken off the market. Phentermine is still available not in combination with the "fen" (which I don't remember what it's full name is) and is often prescribed as a diet drug. I tried it once - it basically ends up being a form of amphetamines. You buzz ALOT. I didn't like it at all. For the effect, I really don't think its a great way to go when you have things like Thermorexin available that don't make your life miserable while you are on it. Like clen, I also dont' think the increase in metabolism is all that great to warrant calling it a "wonder drug". So again, I personally think your better option is something OTC & a really good diet & training.
