I have been working out for about 7 months now and have seen some results but want more. I was going to take some winny but to expesive for me. I recently picked up some EQ. I was wondering if just doing EQ is going to do anything for me or am I just wasting my time. I am about 6'2 213 about 16.7%bf. I am trying to loose the tire around my waiste been really tough. If anyone could give me any help would really appreciate it. Thanks.
