Need help fine tuning diet -pic attached for bf estimate

Hi. Stats: 40yrs old, 5'11" 186lbs - im guessing 16-18% bf at this point - would like to get down to 8%-9% and stay the same weight if possible. I just started a cycle today 100mg tren ace/ed, 700mg test e/wk.

my diet is:
530am EAS whey+1%milk 8oz(370cal, 46g protein, 19g carb, 7.5g fat)
630am workout
830am 8oz london broil stir fried with brocoli and carrots with 1/2 cup brown rice(495 cal, 40g protein, 44g carb, 28g fat)
1130am same meal as above
3pm same meal as above
630pm 4 egg white + 2 whole egg omelete (400 cal, 28g protein, 4g carb, 11g fat)

totals
1760 cal (is this too low?)
194 grams protein
155 grams carbohydrates
103 grams fats

How can I adjust this to get to my goal of lean bulker? I guess for one up the calories? Should I cut some of the carbs out and increase lean meats?

You're more like 12-14% bf.

Lean bulker those cals are way to low. You're gonna need to be closer to 300 calories or so.

You're carbs are high enough. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. However you are missing an important PWO meal.

I would up the protein 100grams, 50more grams carbs PWO, and another healthy 25 grams of fat will get you to 3000 or so.
