Need help cutting

I've been cutting since mid august and have gone from about a 40inch waist to a 37. At 5'11 my weight has gone from about 210 to 194,which I am happy with except my progress has somewhat stagnated.
I alternate between hitt, 400 meter sprints, and 4mile jogs in A.M. on empty stomach. Anyone have any dietary or training tips to jumpstart my body to burn more fat. I tried Xenadrine and had bad reaction to it and rather just stay away from fatburning pills altogether. My diet is moderate protien low to moderate carbs low fat at I guestimate about 1400 to 1800 cals daily.
 
I would say that you should write down what you eat and when you eat it and how much of you it you eat. If you are 5'11" and weigh 194 lbs, even if you do nothing, you will burn more than 1800 calories a day, thereby lose weight. I think that you must be eating more than 1800 calories if you have stopped losing weight. I think it is a good idea that you do different types and intensity of cardio. That will help to break through weight loss plateaus. Do you do any weight training?

yeah. he has to be eating more than 1400-1800 cals a day. at that amount he'd be losing lots of muscle and fat.... too much muscle if you ask me.
