Need help choosing a routine

I need help choosing a routine. I have been working out for about 6 years but have never gotten any professional advice nor did I get a good routine going. I run alot so, I don't like working out my legs at the gym; manily just work out my upper body. Can someone give me a good routine (with descriptions of the excerices if possible :) ) so that I can build mass and bulk in my upper body? I work out 3 times a week and can spend up to an hour and a half each time. Thanks alot.

Spend some time researching and reading about routines. After that, take your knowledge and perform trial and error to see what works for you. Good luck!

I am sorry, I still do not get it after reading the sticky. For example, when it says: Flat bench 5x5, what does the 5x5 mean?
 
5 sets of 5 reps, on the same weight, when you are able to get all 5x5, move the weight up a small amount. If you read the stickly right to the last post, it will explain eveyr aspect of the program
