Hi. I´m a guy and my mom wants to lose weight. I know that you can´t write a diet for her but what are some guide lines for her and what tips do you have?
Some info. She is 48 years old. She take calls at a hospital and she walks to her job when she has time. She works out a few times a week. She doesn´t do any weight lifting. Maybe body pump but she do like aerobics and spinning. I don´t think she takes any supplements. I don´t know how much she weigh and how tall she is. She is average length for women like 5 foot something. Maybe 5 and a half or so at most. She doesn´t look fat at all in her face but she wants to lose weight and she has a round belly.
Like how different are diets for men and females? And for women that do cardio and not do weight lifting compared to those that do both? I really don´t think she should go on a no carb or no fat diets cause that´s stupid IMO but to have a small low carb meal as her last meal.
Thanks for all replies.
