Hi there! I just found this forum and spent a good hour reading posts. Im so happy I found this website maybe I can get some real help here!!

Anyways im 5'9 and weigh 220lbs I wouldnt say im hugly fat I just look big, im overweight. Anyways ive come to a stage in my life where im so depressed by myself that I need to lose this weight.

Anyways ive been eating healthy and doing cardio and weights for about a month now and havnt seen a single pound drop. I want to get into shape and lose weight as fast as I can.

What is the best diet I should be on to lose weight fast, and keep it off.

Ive read up on ketosis diets and Im not completly convinced about them, and I also read something about CLD helping to get rid of fat.

If anyone can help me get started on a great diet and excercise routine that would be great!! Thanks
 
A ketosis diet, when followed correctly will work. I lost 50 pounds in one year on one. My diet plan was simple, carbs under 30 a day, high protein, high fat. Workouts were all compond barbell, like squats, power cleans, deadlifts 3 or 4 days a week, plus 4 days of cardio. One hiit, one hockey game and two jogging/walking. There are others here who are far more quailfied than me to get advise from, but I can tell you this worked for me.
