Need Advice T400

Just finished my first 10 week cycle of T400 on 1c a week. I liked the results for the most part. My next go around I want to double it to 2c for 10weeks and add 2c of Winn. My question is how long do I need to wait to start that cycle? I'm 30 years old 5'10 165lbs

Typically, time on equals time off.... and you start counting after finishing PCT.

PCT, even a simple course of Nolva, will protect your natural ability to produce your own test, which helps you keep your gains. No PCT debalances your body and puts you into a catabolic state which EATS your hard earned gains.

As for a follow up cycle... What you take depends on your goals. IMHO, you could add some more mass before worrying about winny (you already look like your BF is under control). Test alone will keep you lean as long as you eat decently. I'd suggest taking your t400 to 3 injections a week of 1cc each, for 8-10 weeks. Keep Aromasin on hand to control estrogen. Have a bottle of Nolvadex on hand to run PCT.

As for when you do this... when did your last cycle end? If it's been more than 4 weeks, PCT may be a waste of effort at this point. Wait till you elapse the same amount of time you were "on" last time before starting a second cycle.

Yes time on equals time off
But also if u check bloods u can maybe go sooner depending on what the bloods dictate

I am a big believer in getting bloodwork done regularly and on long cycles I do

Bloods pre cycle to determine if im ready to start

Mid cycle if long to check prolactin when running 19's estrogen liver if running orals and kidneys when on tren and halo etc...

And post cycle but I don't come off test so it's post cycle with other compounds to check everything cbc liver all he bloods that are effected

Agree with the others. You need to run a pct. You might have been able to get away without one when you were 20, but I definitely wouldn't go without one in your 30s.
