First time poster but long time lurker. I’ve read a lot of the previous posts and also listened to the podcasts. Need some advice on what to take with proper dosage. Here are my goals:
1. I’m not looking to be a large bodybuilder. I’m currently 6 1’ and 190 pounds with around 12% body fat. I would like to cut my body fat percentage and add back muscle to fat I lose. Would like to stay an athletic build just stronger with less fat. Currently very fit cardio wise with good strength and eat somewhat clean (could improve)
2. I am in my mid 40s so I would like some anti-aging benefits and also some healing properties. I’ve exercised hard my entire life and have some wear and tear.
3. One of the reasons that I’m leaning toward peptides is I really need a better sleep quality. It’s very difficult for me to get in and stay in a deep recovery sleep
4. I have a very busy work schedule so a morning and evening injection is about the max that I could do
5. Basically, I’d like to add 10 to 15 pounds of muscle while losing around 10 pounds of fat. Get some anti-aging benefits and greatly improve my sleep.
What would be your recommendations to use with dosage amounts and frequency?
