In March I'll be beginning a 16 week cycle and I'm looking for a new/good 12 or 16 week cycle that I can follow each day. I workout mon-fri and typically focus on 5-6 exercises of 1 body part a day, but I'm open to suggestions. I've looked into Lee Hayward's book, Jim Wendler's program, etc but can't make up my mind.
I've looked on bodybuilding.com at the 100's of programs but there's too much to choose from!
Any suggestions or advice of something you've had great success with?
