Need advice for a friend

An old friend of mine sent me a message on FB asking for advice on a meal replacement drink she can have in the morning. Here is her message:

Hello there!!
I had a nutrition/workout question for you! I know you are the workout guru and wondered if you knew of a low-fat high energy drink I could mix up for mornings?? I am trying to lose weight! I joined a gym about a month ago and have lost about 12 lbs. but am afraid of hitting that wall!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!


What would be your best suggestions. I use MetRx protein powder, but i dont make the drinks, I mix it in with my oatmeal. Any ideas for her?
 
I use an unflavored whey isolate, it has about 100 calories, virtually no fat or carbs and about 25 g. of protein. Mix that into 1 c. of 1% milk and get creative. A simple base recipe is add one small banana and about 1/2 tsp. of healthy oil and now you've got yourself in the vicinity (depending on the size of the banana) of 350 calories right around 40p/35c/25f ratio.
 
Needto's whey protein is great. Cinnamon Bun is awesome. It tastes just like Cinnabon. I use mine with 1% milk and ice.
