Gettin bored with my diet so I would like to see some other low carb diets......maybe I get some new good food ideas so feel free to post up your diet!!
Protein should be around 1.5/lbs and carb under 80-100.....

good carbs: oatmeal, brown rice, green veggies - optimal time for carbs is first meal of day then again maybe before workout and post workout shake - you should be good to go and right about 100 grams of carbs
erm what are u eating now?
pretty hard to suggest u anything if we don't know what you're eating?
also why dont you just try diferent recipes?
keep the macros the same, eat similar just cook differently, different herbs and spices etc
I like assasin's idea, just stick with what you got....apparently it had to be working for a while......and just "tweak" it a bit. Maybe that's all you need to get that last little bit moving...just a thought
