hey all.
Gonna keep a long story short. Just got outta jail. Started training.in there. Was 10 stone when started. Am now 13 stone. I am 5 foot 9.
Anyway after tons of research on aas,pct,diet etc I have everything I need to start a cycle. Little info:
week 1-5 Danabol blue hearts 40mg-e/d
Week 1-12 test E 500mg a week
Week 14 pct.
Right. I could use some advice on a five day split. Have plenty of time and prepared to hit the gym as much as needed.
a mate said hit each muscle twice a week except legs. Is this a good idea???? Any advice welcome guys.
