Need a different routine

Ive been following the BFL program for almost two years now and have had the most amazing results, but my body has just given up on it now and I need something new.

I am a super carbo lover, fruits, oats, yoghurts etc........

This is my usual plan

Meal 1 - Myoplex Lite Shake
Meal 2 - Fat Free cottage cheese with fat free yoghurt
Meal 3 - Tuna and Pasta Salad
Meal 4 - Myoplex Lite Shake
Meal 5 - Baked hake and baked potato with broccoli
Meal 6 - SImply Protein shake

Id like to change it to the following...

Meal 1 - Myoplex Lite Shake or Special K cereal with Strawberries
Meal 2 - Oats and Museli and a paw paw
Meal 3 - Fat Free yoghurt n cottage cheese
Meal 4 - Tuna and salad, or tuna sandwich
Meal 5 - Baked hake, potato and broccoli

I just want to loose a bit more fat that is covering especially my stomach, I dont want to be able to GRAB if you know what I mean. I will continue to train the BFL way, with a few adjustments but just need to loose that tire fat :)
 
I don't know much about the BFL program, but in my opinion if you want to loose some fat I would replace dairy products for something else and wouldn't eat potatoes at the 5th meal
