I have my guy who can help. he is out of san diego and i been talking to him now for months, he has helped me gain 25+ lbs and he is a great guy. PM me for more info if you are interested bro. If so, I can see if he is up to helping another person achieve some goals.

I am looking to put on 10-15 more lbs of lbm by the end of next year with out bulking up to whale size.Id like to maintain 12% or so while gaining if possible.

This one will train you long distance and help you with your cycles.

http://bodybybinetti.com/

thats the one in my sig, she trained me for my last show, did incredible work with me for the show, but even more impressive stuff in the offseason to help me being up weak areas. She does do a lot of online training....she's an ex IFBB pro herself, won the World's and a bunch of other shows, so really knows her stuff

I think if you can find a local trainer it would work far better than anyone outside of your area> hands on > pics and hearsay

Will they also give cycle adivice?I believe I have most of the diet and training down butseems most people with experience dont want to give off any cycle advice its ridiculous.

Mine does....They (Husband and wife team…NPC competitors… Running a successful Personal Training business) Lay out my diet, training and cycle. They are local (within 30 miles) so I see them every two weeks for body fat testing and diet / cycle adjustments.

Unfortunately no… We are in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. I live and work on the Kansas Side they are in Missouri.

Many of my friends who compete have used them for contest prep, diet, training and “supplement” advice. I have only worked with them for a little over two months but in that time I am up 16lbs and down 4%+ in bf.. I started at 10.4 / 195 and two weeks ago I was 6.5 / 206. I see them today so I do not know my current BF% but I weighed in @211 this AM.

DO they work long distance like over the phone and online?

I would think they would….. The only disadvantage is not being able to have them test your BF every 2 weeks. They set up your diet specific to your goals, current weight and BF% so as long as you could provide that information to them I would not see any reason why it would not work for you.

I know I have really enjoyed their perspective and am making some great gains.. At this point I plan to use them indefinitely or until I get to a maintainable level.. My goal is 225 and 5%.

Do you think 5% can be maintained living a normal life though?I have a hard time maintaining 12% lol,I guess its all about how your genetics are.

I didn’t start lifting until 7 years ago at age 30…. At that time the most I had ever weighed was 150… The day I joined the gym I weighed in @143…. I am 5’11”.

I trained naturally until 2 years ago and got to 175-180.

I crossed to the dark side and will never go back. I run 2 cycles per year12-14 weeks long. GH @2iu ed while off and 4 iu ed while on… IGF 30 days on 30 days off all year..

I do not know if 5% is maintainable… But I think I can stay pretty close..

Ahhh you have genetics to stay lean.Believe it or not I would kill to have those genetics even if it ment that it would be harder to gain muscle. But you also have genetics to put on muscle fairly easy so u have the best of both worlds.I am currently 5'6" weigh 195 and bf around 10-12% but seems I am stuck in place.Either that or I am really inpatient.

Hit me up @ [email protected] if you want contact info on my guys… It is about $200.00 for 12 weeks of training and diet. That price includes the BF testing so maybe they would knock a bit off???

If you're in Missouri I would have to go with the obvious, Chad Nicholls is based in Springfield. He's as good as it gets.

Chad Nichols is amazing…. He does fantastic work. I just wish he walked the walk… You know.. Practice what you preach… He certainly has guys who he works with that you can look at and realize the man knows his shit..

I met him @ the MR. MO.. He and his wife put it on, it was a good show. My trainer got #2 overall…

My trainers website is www.thebodyshopkc.com click on “Chris and Angie” to see their pics.

I am not saying they are better or worse than anyone else just that I have made great gains while using them..

My 2ml,

I did that show. I got 5th in the heavyweight novice, which sounds shitty but my class was stacked. I got 2nd in the same class at the Mr. AR this year, that's how much different the caliber of athlete was.

My personal opinion is if you step on stage you rock (with a few exceptions)… Many of us train hard but few get on stage. I personally have never competed… I have never been overly competitive nor do I dig calorie and carbohydrate restriction.. My hat is off to you.. Good job!

Thanks bro, I appreciate the words! Your trainer was in my class! By the way, he kicked my nancy ass. That's crazy because I talked to him and his girl for like 10-15 minutes at the early weigh-ins Friday night. I'm sure he remembers me, that and I was in his class. He's a very personable guy, cool cat. Tell him Cody said hi. BTW, once you compete it's hard to stop! If I went to a show as a spectator now it would kill me!

I will pass on the message to him bro… I am sure he will appreciate it.. I really dig your attitude….. The “Brotherhood” of bodybuilding is one of the things I really like..

I read once that being a bodybuilder is like being a monk….. No one but a monk could understand why one would want to become a monk.. The same is true for us.. No one but a bodybuilder understands why we do what we do and LOVE it!!

Hope to meet you someday bro.. I will keep in touch..

I am going to give them a try and see how it goes I am pretty sure you can get pretty damn close to the same results long distance with digital camera photos and regular bodyfat tests.

You are very right about that, it is definitely something that few can relate too. That's why bb'ers have such respect for each other and are so tight knit. I also competed against him in my very first show, the Mr. MO 3 years ago. He has made solid progress since then. I appreciate you passing on my regards to your boy!

This dude out of KC that Tao uses will take care of you. I could tell from just talking with him for a few minutes that he is a genuine guy who is knowledgeabe. Some dudes put off that used car salesman vibe, he definitely doesnt. I think he will be what you're looking for.

My brother is actually searching for a trainer up in Portland, Oregon. Anyone know any good trainers up that way? I've showed him as much as I know, which is good enough to get a solid physique, or get a football player body lol(I play for a school in Cali). But he wants to someday compete...
