Where do you place the bar??? Make sure it isn't on the cervical vertebrae, it should be on the meaty part of the traps for olympic squats, lower if you do PL squats........also, keep your head fixed straight ahead, definitely don't move it around....I wouldn't look up either, lots of people do that as they have heard thats correct form, I don't know where it came from, lol, but look straight ahead.
