The NCAA will not allow Mike Williams to return to USC for his junior season, the All-America wide receiver told ESPN on Thursday. The news comes just two days before the Trojans' season opener against Virginia Tech.

His stupid ass should've stayed in school until he found out for sure. I think the reason he's out is because he didn't make "reasonable progress" toward his degree. Popping into summer school at the last minute just doesn't cut it.
