NBA 2k5 or NBA Live 2005 for xobox?

I have always bought live, but the espn game is 20 bucks and i hear its ten times more realistic then Live, which i have played on the ps2 but thought it kinda sucked. Anyone?

ESPN is more sim with better graphics and Live is more arcadish but the street ball game in ESPN is damn good. So I say if money is tight get ESPN, if you don't mind spending $40 instead of $20 get Live or just get both. It's $60 and that's what I paid for Madden Collector's edition on PS2.
