natural shows and drug testing

I'm going to be doing a natural show in the female bikini competition and this one is over here in British Columbia. anyway i want to use ephedrine and I am pretty sure they are only looking for anabolics at these shows. my 2nd concern is if i will be up against women who are using steroids. how stringent is the testing on both ends?

Check out their rules and guidance on PEDs. All those I've seen will tell you how they test etc

even in natural shows people will cheat, it is pathetic the world we live in today where people cheat and steal their way through life with no consequences

Make sure you read the actual rules but typically stims like clen and ephedrine are not against the rules.
