Natural GH?

Are there any effective supplements available at GNC, vitaman shop, etc, that can increase natural growth hormone? I am very interested in its effects, but i would like to start out with something from gnc than a shot in my stomach. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

There are knock offs that claim to do alot that u can find in some health food stores but the truth be it they proably do very little..

I have heard of a HG knock off they do a bit on it on the radio every sunday for a flippin hour

The only real place you can get legit Gh from a doc is one of those anti-aging places, and they are a little on the shady side sometimes as well. They also charge up the ass for the gh. All this other OTC stuff is crap.

Heavy weights...intense workouts are best stimulators of GH. Being young helps your levels, too. It is theorized that you should fatigue the muscle with heavy weights, then immediately change the weight to about 50% to 60% of that weight and rep out with that until you can do no more. That is supposed to be optimal for GH response. (In theory)
