I thought it would be useful to try to create a thread which contains a list of natural fat oxiders, i.e., foods that make our body burn fat more efficiently.
I only know of 4 proven ones:
calcium (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=12586999&dopt=Abstract). Some studies suggest most benefits with milk calcium but not this one
green tea (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_tea)
fish oils or omega 3 (http://www.nature.com/ijo/journal/v21/n8/abs/0800451a.html)
caffeine, carnitine, choline (in conjunction with exercise) (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=11120451&dopt=Abstract)
Are there any others - would be useful to inclue in my diet, even probably in bulking. References if possible?
