alright everyone here has had a nasty head cold i assume, so whats the best ways to get rid of it fast. Im not going to cut out my main workouts, im not doing any extra workouts till im over it, and ive cut my accesories down a lil bit. i have been downing the cold and sinus pills consistantly, been taking 3-4 grams of vitamins c a day. i have had it since saturday, and would like to be 100% again by the time i squat friday morning.
