While on how do you guys take your N2 GUARD all & caps at once in the AM??? or spread them out through out the day like say 3,2,2??

I'd say split em up if that works for you, but in the end, so long as you're taking the recommend dosage you should be fine bro

I split my doses but I do that with everything to promote consistent blood levels instead of a surge and drop.

I split them up. I take them with my first and last meal.
