First off, stats: 32yo 6'4 220. I am a former firefighter and worked out heavily for a number of years. I have previous experience running an EQ cycle but I feel like I really didn't know what I was doing in order to maximize my results. I also would not have chosen that as a first cycle and looking back I would have liked to have had a more effective stack in place.
I became really unconditioned after a surgery left me out of work for 5 months. I got cleared up with the MD and started working out again. I have cut down 25+ unwanted pounds and look a lot leaner at 2500 clean cals/day. At the moment just running protein supps, creatine, cellucor C4 pwo, omega-3/vits.
I feel like I am ready to start a bulking cycle and get this party started. Done some research for a couple of weeks now and I have pretty much decided to go with D-Bol around 30mg ed, Sust around 250mg ew, and Deca 300mg ew. (let me know if these figures don't look good for my size). This is looking like a 12 week cycle right now. Wondering if I only need the D-bol for the first month or so.
My biggest question is what to run for PCT (during and post actually). I have read about 30 threads with conflicting answers. I am unclear about 1. What to take. 2. How much to take. 3. When to start and stop each compound.
Right now my best guess is to run Clomid (100 100 50 50) starting about 3 weeks after last jab. HCG at about 500 iu/day (but no clue when to start or stop it). And finally an AI but also not sure about the specifics of how much or when.
