Hello.
It's my turn, myway.
I kicked my coffee obession about 3 months ago.... and I feel great.
Started to kick the wine about 30 hours ago. I usully drink it every single night but have had NONE. I felt fatigued but anxious after about 24 hours. Wine is usually my sleep-aid. It's rougher than I thought but I will get through it.

It's 4am.
Hit he treadmill for a 30 minute run, did 50 pushups and tabata squats. and will hit the weights when my baby naps(around noon).

Breakfast is oats and berries with some almonds.
My water bottle is full.

HERE WE GO...wish me luck.

Congratulations in making those changes.
I'm going to suggest having the egg whites with your oatmeal, then getting another meal at 8:45 as you stated.
