Hi ladies my wife has been very frustrated the last few years because she has a little fat below her belly button she can not get rid of. I help her with her training and it's flawless. Her deity is flawless as well. She is dairy and gluten free eats all natural. The rest of her body is toned, 14percent bf. She will do whatever it takes. Thanks

14% bf is pretty low. That's really when it gets difficult to lose that stubborn fat. Does she count calories?

To be honest, if she isn't happy with her body at 14%, which is really low for a female, then the problem is her being under muscled. She should eat above maintanence for a good 9-12 months, lift HEAVY ass weights, focusing on compound lifts, lots of chin/pull ups, squats, dips, deads, bench. She will go up in body fat, but that's ok, after she builds more muscle and strips the fat off she should be very pleased with the improvements.

Which is great but the solution likely lies IN the macros and overall intake.
 
treadmill in the AM on a carb depleated stomach
walk 3-6 thru 4-2 speed
uphill 10-00 thru 14-00
walk dont run
only consume water untill after treadmill
30 days it will be gone...
