My training night for chest...

I took all your guys advice and cut my sets back...went well..here is how they went....

Flat bench:
225*10
315*10
3/345*6

Incline:
225*10
245*10
3/295*8
Probably should have went to 315 for 3 @ 6, but dont want to hurt myself, will hit 315 for them next monday....

Decline:

315*6
345*6
3/365/5

Went from 27 set to 15...thanks bros....

well, i'm not as strong as you so you may not give a shit about what i say...
in my opinion you could bring down the volume even more. i'm talking 6-9 sets. i like sticking with two chest movements, and very not often three.

I still don't see the logic for 15 sets for a single muscle group. Or even 6-9.

All you are doing after the first 2 sets is cutting into your recovery, thus slowing down your strength and size gains to a grinding halt.
