Not really a cycle, but tell me what you guys think of it:

AM:
20mg ox w/ grapefruitjuice
Protein Shake w/ 5g creatine & Flax Oil

Pre-Workout (approx. 4pm):
1000mg Glucophage
2 ECA pills
Protein Shake

Post-Workout:
Protien Shake

One Hour Before Bed:
4 EAS ZMA HP caps

Look good? Any suggestions?
 
Kind of interesting the idea of taking the oxandrolone with grapefruit juice. That should raise the absorbtion a lot. I think I may give that a try too.
 
i've also heard that grapefruit juice improves the absorbtion of ox, but wouldn't that citric acid hinder the creatine (in the same way you're not supposed to take creatine with OJ)?
 
He could take the creatine at a different time if the acid is going to affect it. (And thanks for that bit of info. I didn't know citric acid interefered with creatine.)

I just added creatine to my supplement for the first time in years. I got creatine prior to it being widely released and liked the results... but once it went on the market I hated how grainy and heavy it was... and that it never mixed well. This new stuff is amazing. It mixes great.
