My routine, please, pick it apart. I need something new.

Sunday- Chest
Monday- Back
Tuesday - Legs, Cardio, abs
Wednsday - Tri's
Thursday - Bi's
Friday- Shoulders/Traps
Saturday - Rest

I know I shouldnt stick cardio legs in the same day (or should I?) but Ive had surgery on both my knees and I have a steel rod in my shin. I have grown accostumed to the fact I will never have huge legs and I'm comfortable with that. My knees and shin just cant take huge amounts of weight. With that said, please, do what you will. You wont hurt my feelings :D

You might want to double chest and back together , and bi's and tri's together. I wouldn't do legs and cardio together, but you might want to put cardio with abs on a day together seperate from the rest. :D
