My plan in regards to training for the New Year!!

Ok well aside from all my other goals that I am looking to achieve this year I will write down my focus in terms of getting my physique as best as possible. Well it seems tommorow I have to work early so getting wasted tonight is out of the question. Oh well I will start off the New Year fresh! My whole quitting smoking deal didn't work out too well as I was smoking here and there especially when I started drinking on the weekends again. That will be my New Yea's resolution. To stop smoking completely as well as to limit alcohol consumption. Yes even on the weekends. I need to stay focused and get as shredded as possible. My new cycle will start in March or April of this year so I have to get really lean then hit up a really good cycle and use it to it's fullest anabolic potential. Good luck to me it's gonna be a great fuckin year I can feel it!

Currently 5'10 at 220 pounds unknown bf%.
 
Today trained back, biceps and forearms. Split up my workout though. Did half my back workout then finished the half hours later along with biceps and forearms.

I don't think I'm going out tonight. Im staying away from drinking and smoking and anything of that sort until spring or summer. Maybe once in a blue moon. Gotta get back to the old me for the New Years. Good thing because it saves money(which I need for my new car) as well as keeps me in much better shape and allows me to to get leaner much faster.
 
I've been more tired lately. Hmmmmm gonna try my b-12 shots again and see if that makes a difference. Gonna frontload with 6000mcg this week and keep it at 3000mcg a week.
 
New bodypart split:(well kinda I had the idea already just never went through with it)

Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Back(done before work), Biceps and Forearms(done during work break)
Wednesday - Abs, Cardio, Calves(done before work)
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Chest(done before or during work)
Saturday - Triceps, Shoulders
Sunday - Legs, cardio
 
keep us updated, i'm getting ready to start my spring cutter, and i'm thinking of keeping an online journal, so i've been reading yours for some ideas and inspiration.Keep it up man!
