My pics +30lbs

There's a debate on another site if I actually gained the 30lbs as I have mentioned. So to those non-believers... yank me.
I took a lot of time to record week by week and even follow it up post cycle. A lot of weight went to the legs and with my height the 30lbs doesn't look that impressive.

Stat's 6'4" Currently @ 195lbs (lost 10lbs post)

Starting weight was as stated on page 170lbs.

Pic 4 is my peak 205lbs and I dropped (Water) weight in the 5th pic to cut up a little.

I don't give a rats ass if it was 30lbs or not but fact is you look alot better. First pic you look scrawny and by the last pic you look respectable to bad you couldn't stay at the middle pic :)

Just wondering what your training was, food, and what dosages.

Training was 3 days a week doing a basic workout I stole off someone in the training section of this board ;)

Food I ate as much as I could along with N'large2 (6 scoops a day)Tuna, chicken, eggs, pizza water and juice. Very little red meat.

I heard about Mag 10 and I might give it a whirl... Right now my 1-AD/4-AD/Dbol stack is giving me some great strength... I've gained 4lbs from the start of the cycle already (dbol acts fast) and cept for them damn dbol headaches I feel great.


I'm going to cut the Dbol out in the middle of week 3 and follow post cycle up with Airmidex and TRib.
