tell me what you think.. I've been workin out for 5 years. since i was about 13-14 years old. I know my chest lacks size, thats why i really didnt wanna embarrass myself and show it. I just completed my cycle.. Im now 205 lbs. from 186. Please critique, and flame if u must
 
i'm 5'8'' a little over 200lbs. 19 y/o. If i build up enough confidence, i'll follow up this post w/ a shirtless pic. but right now, i just barely build up enough balls to take that pic and post it.

my cycle was sust250, deca300, and dbols weeks 1-5
 
There is no "upper" "middle" or "lower" chest.....only teh pectoral minor and major, so you can't just work "lower chest".

Hitting it from other angles will work however, so try dips and decline (dips are prefered to me) and try using db flat benchpress, instead of bb bench.

agree with Thorazine, dips are the killer way to work them beside bench, etc, that you don't see many doing. If you do them right, you will get a great burn and great pump by the time you are done.
 
you look pretty good........ but i think your wearing pants and have your legs together for a reason

if your not traing them start......... if im wrong im sorry........ just trying to help out
 
exodus, the reason i am wearing pants, is because i have no reason to show my legs. They haven't been worked out in a long time, due to my back problem, i have a pretty bad case of scoliosis, and i'm not allowed to put any pressure on my spine. Regardless of that fact, i tried doing legs recently because i planned on eventually competing within the next 2-3 years. Unfortunately, I pulled out my back and i have to go to a chiropractor 3 times a week now. Im a walking mess, i know, but there's nothing i can do. I try and do calve raises and leg curls, but the pain the next day is usually so unbearable, that i can't work out.

Anyway, thanks all for your comments and suggestions. Later tonight i will post pics w/o my shirt. Peace

thats a bum deal with not a lot of option

leg extensions i think you could do

the calves and ham curls i know put pressure on your spine but i think leg extensions would be ok

question..... what do you do for everything else if you cant put pressure on your spine

for like arms,chest,shoulders,back?

arms i don't have a problem with because i do everything a little lighter, slow and strict, so there's no need to even use my back. back exercises dont actually put any force on my spine. the only thing i shouldnt be doing is shoulders, but i also keep it light and strict to get a burn.. whatever, it works for me. chest i have no problem with, i think im gonna try light light light bullshit leg exercises, maybe i can atleast rip em up:). peace all
