exodus, the reason i am wearing pants, is because i have no reason to show my legs. They haven't been worked out in a long time, due to my back problem, i have a pretty bad case of scoliosis, and i'm not allowed to put any pressure on my spine. Regardless of that fact, i tried doing legs recently because i planned on eventually competing within the next 2-3 years. Unfortunately, I pulled out my back and i have to go to a chiropractor 3 times a week now. Im a walking mess, i know, but there's nothing i can do. I try and do calve raises and leg curls, but the pain the next day is usually so unbearable, that i can't work out.
