Nimrod- I was thinkin bout goin with test at 500 per wk,
but I would like to keep possible sides (bp, and especially the temper) down to a minimum. I have never
done Test and am a little nervous about how it might
effect my (already bad) temper.
Bump the Test to 500mg/week..Trust me. you will be glad you did and add Arimidex like Nimrod said...You have not had a bad temper until you try Fina hehehe
I hear u bro, but u will be much happier with atleast 400mg. 250mg is about the same amount of test u produce naturally, so in week 1 u will be at 500mg, but when u natural test shuts off u will drop down to 250mg in week two, so that isn't high at all. Of course these numbers are hypothetical, but u catch my drift.
Well...it seems the majority says go for the 500 per week. I guess I will throw caution into the wind and take
the plunge. I just felt that since I was runnin the GH and
EQ that I wouldn't need as much Test. Hey the less drugs the better!
Nimrod- You ain't kidding. I was talkin to a dude at
the gym (dude is huge) who said If I don't run at
least 1000mg per week, I am throwing my money out
the window!! Since this will be my first venture into
test world, I will play it safe and go with the 500mg
per week. Any suggestions on brands??? I was thinking
of just going with ttokyo. So far, everything I have gotten from them in the past pretty much kicks azz!!

I heard the average is 5mg per day which would be 35mg a week.
As for 250mg doing nothing when stacked with 400mg eq and GH, all I can say is bollocks. If your diet and training are up to scratch you will see good results. I have done cycles in the past with well over 1g and all I got was more sides. Check my old training logs at Mickhart.com if you don't believe me.
i am venturing first time w/ test(sust) as well...and will be taking in 500mg/week.i have some nolva on hand just in case the nipps start feeling funny...as far as temper,always keep in mind that you r under the influence and try to control yourself.i would def bump up the test especially someone w/ your size bro...GOOD LUCK.

DBT- My last cycle was basically like throwing my money out the window! I didn't eat enough, my training was shitty due to flu like symptoms at the start of the cycle that lasted about 3 weeks!! My bp was shit too! I am going to be a little more prepared and (especially) focused this time around. Let's see what happens.
Sides are all down to your genetics. For example eostrogen receptor affinity, rates of conversion to dht, how much your liver can take, what your temperment and self control is like anyway etc.
What is important with it being your first time on test is to see how you react on 250mg. If all is well and you reckon you could have seen better gains then try bumping it to 500 next time. If you gain well off 250 though, why take more. I don't see any reason to go higher than 500 though from personal experience.
If you are worried about agression then remember this. Steroids will increase agression but it is you that controls the agression and whether you use it in the gym or against the dickhead that cuts you up in his car.
Imagine yourself as a huge water tank. The water is the steroids, which can be full or empty. Your self control is the tap that holds it in at the bottom. If you have a mojor problem with it I'd suggest taking up some martial arts or get yourself a punch bag. I find being involved in martial arts really helps me keep control through the discipline I have learnt and the outlet of getting to hit people legally!

talking with a dude who told me anything under 1000mg, is a waste!! He is going to be doing 2000mg per week starting next month!!! To me, I feel like if you
can do it with the least amount of drugs, the better off
