I’m open to changing some things but I’m not gonna change the entire cycle so don’t tell me to do that.
Currently around 205 lbs and 6’8”. lean physique. And 50 years old. I want to cut down more but I also suffer from joint issues. I also had an ACL tear about 8 years ago that I had repaired.
Which steroids can I get away with from the below list ?

Instead of coming here with attitude why not come on here and introduce yourself and ask for advice. It's clear you aren't certain what you should be doing.

What is your current BF?
How much BF are you trying to lose?
What's your past experience with gear?

Just low test is fine for cutting. That's all you need it for is to hold onto muscle as you drop to low bodyfat. Steroids do not burn bodyfat.
If your joints bother you then winstrol is out. I would swap it with anavar.

Why not start a log so we can see what your diet and training look like and help you make the changes you need to meet your goals.
