So easy to make and it delicious...
1 lb of Extra lean Ground Turkey
1 package of frozen mixed veggies
Hot sauce what ever one you like
cook and brown turkey in nonstick pan
add veggies and hot sauce..sautee for a few minutes till everything is cooked and eat that shit up! tons of protein all the good from the veggies..low fat and no carbs. and it fills you up..you can also add a little bit of tomatoe sauce to give it a little more flavor or chicken boullion.
