ok the mealplan of today

1: 5.30
100g oatmeal
1 slice of hole w. bread
2g omega 3 fishoil, 2g flax seed oil, 2g CLA
30g Whey/casein powder
100g tuna

2: 08.30
50g Whey/casein
5g fat from omega3 + flaxx + omega 6-9
45g carbs from bread(hole weat)


3: 10.30
50g Whey/casein
5g fat from omega3 + flaxx + omega 6-9
30g carbs from bread(hole weat)


4: 12-12.30
100g rice(long grain)
150g tuna
10g fishoil
2g Cla

14.30 5: Same as meal 2

16.45
6: 50g Whey/casein
45g carbs from hole weat
no fat

7. PW 18.30
65g dextrosol
40g Whey
500mg ALA

8 20.00
110g carbs from rice and bread
70g protein ½ from fish and half from powder
no fat

9: 22.00
55g carbs from oatmeal( + water and into the micre, dsame with other meals)
30g protein from casein + whey

10: 23, last meal, could eat it with the meal 22 but like the fact not micing fat + carbs at night
110g tuna
5g omega3 fish oil
 
Good food choices. Try to mix in some salmon for omega 3's instead of capsules. Also 6 servings of protien powder, try to cut that down and add a little chicken and eggs. Lastly, why 10 meals a day, 6 is plenty.

Though with all the meals you consume and all the planning you do, how do you have time for anything else?

C'mon....lose the bread and ditch half the shakes....you're gonna be shittn whey.......get some solid protein sources.........just my .02
 
Jkurz can u reccomend some solid protein sources

i rely too heavily on whey and chicken breasts and salmon... eggs are ok but too expensive and i hate wasting the yolk and im kinda alergic to tuna
 
Changed a few things..lowered powders and bumped real foods like turkey breast form meal 2.

In 2 weeks I will start working out in the morning, adding anadrol and winny + slin to my current cycle. I will then go for higher GI foods and lower fatintake to 15% and go up on the carbs. First half of the day will be high to medium high GI foods like mashed potatoes, jasmine rice, baked portatoes...(the meal before and 2 post wokrout real fopod meals)
 
What are your stats MrRttb??? Always thought bread was the DEVIL! Man, you eat a LOAF a day! You pretty lean? Diced? My protein comes from tuna, egg whites, chx, ostrich/buffalo, lean red meat, cottage cheese and whey/MRP......oh, and a little skim milk.......nothing crazy.......
