Just to contribute to the knowledge base of results / logs, I thought I'd post my results thus far in my SARMS cycle.
I'm 40 y.o., 6'4", 220. Been religiously working out and tracking macros and the whole 9 yards for several years, doing it all naturally (never done an AAS cycle before or anything like that). At this stage of the game, gains are nearly impossible to come by, and I feel like I workout just to maintain and not lose the battle of the aging body lol.
I am following a Dylan G protocol for the stack. LGD 10mg / day. S4 70mg/ day (split dose). GW 20 mg/day (split dose). HCGenerate support.
Lifting 6 days per week, minimal cardio, goal to gain some lean muscle mass. I feel near my "genetic potential" already (if you buy that argument). Eating a 500-600 cal surplus to promote gains. Any gains would be very welcome.
Not going to go into subjective stuff about how I "feel" or whether or not I crush my workouts. Just measurable data.
I'll update at the end of week 8, and then at the end of PCT at week 12.
Measurements made first thing in the morning, unflexed, same way (as much as possible).
______________ Starting Stats ----- ------- Week 4 Stats
Body Weight 220 ----------------------------- 224
BF% (caliper, 3 site) 6.18% ----------------------- 6.01%
LBM (acc to BF) 206.4 lbs -------------------- 210.5 lbs
Arm 17.5 inches ------------------ 17.5 inches
Chest 43.5 inches ------------------ 44.5 inches
Shoulders 50.25 inches ----------------- 51.5 inches
Neck 17.25 inches ----------------- 17.5 inches
Waist 34 inches --------------------- 34.5 inches
Thigh 24 inches --------------------- 24 inches
Calf 18 inches -------------------- 17.75 inches
Only 4 weeks so data isn't super conclusive. I will update at 8 weeks and 12 weeks. I can say I'm pleased so far. Metabolism is higher. Having to eat a lot more to avoid dropping weight.
Judging by weights/reps on my usual workouts, I'm stronger by about 7-8% across the board on my lifts. That's been cool!
Thanks for reading.
