My Huge Progress After 7 Weeks

I just began my first real workout program about 7 weeks ago after doing weights "really!" casually for the past 2 years.

When i began i was 16 years old and 11 months, 6feet 1/2 inches, 156.2 pounds.

I am now 17 years old and 1 month, 6feet 1.5 inches, 170 pounds.

So yeah...after 7 weeks i have gone from 156.2 pounds to 170 pounds. Thats 2 pounds a week!

Now that i have really gotten into the sport, and with the help of the guys at elite fitness, im looking forward to my future with the inclusion of the ultimate sport, bodybuilding.

Thanx guys

Lookin good man!

I just started real lifting this summer.
I was 17 years old and 4 monthes @ 155
Now i am 17 years old and 9 monthes @ 175 and i keep growing.

GOOD WORK BREDRIN!! im 15 years old 5'8'' 190 6 months ago i was 167 pounds.... n i worked out evryday (wich is wrong)!! i love dis man... keep up da good work your on a great path!

You grew 1 full inch in 7 weeks...that's solid gains right there, brother. I have been lifting since I was 24(now 27), and I still haven't even grown a quarter on inch. Must be doing something wrong!

My new short term goal is to get to 176 pounds by the end of January before school starts up again. We use kilograms (Kg) in Australia and 176lb=80kg.
80kg is a numerical milestone i would like to reach quick smart.

And alot of the people at school havent seen me since i began my new program, since our summer holidays are in December and January. So they will be like "shit you have gotten bigger".

I would have to say that the compliments i have been getting from friends and relatives about my body have probably been the key motivational factor for me.
Although when you are amazingly able to lift a bar off the floor that is twice as heavy as you previously could it is a good feeling.

And going from what alot of people have been saying, there should be still alot more rapid growth left in me.
:)
