Hello everyone, new to this site and have tons of questions.. Very soon now i will be receiving some test e, and i need help on my first real (i say real because i have used PH's) cycle.
So here we go.
Age: 25
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 198 ish
BF %: no clue but i know its not high.
Week 1-12 5 Test E 500 mg 250x2 a week
week 1-16 HCGenerate
Week 13-16 Nolva 20-20-10-10
Dont know where to get any AI's need help in that dep.
I usually eat pretty healthy, and i lift 5-6 times a week.
Bench: 275-315 (on a good day)
Deadlift: 365
Squat: I have not done leg day in a while, i know i know, i will start doing leg day this week, btw my cycle is not starting untill i have everything i need (hint hint AI'd) so about 2 months, also i am running hdrol right now sooooo.
Anyway i feel like ive written too much already, any and all advice is greatful, also if you have advice that you want to share only with me please feel free to pm me.
