My first Run

Hello everyone, new to this site and have tons of questions.. Very soon now i will be receiving some test e, and i need help on my first real (i say real because i have used PH's) cycle.

So here we go.

Age: 25
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 198 ish
BF %: no clue but i know its not high.

Week 1-12 5 Test E 500 mg 250x2 a week
week 1-16 HCGenerate
Week 13-16 Nolva 20-20-10-10
Dont know where to get any AI's need help in that dep.

I usually eat pretty healthy, and i lift 5-6 times a week.
Bench: 275-315 (on a good day)
Deadlift: 365
Squat: I have not done leg day in a while, i know i know, i will start doing leg day this week, btw my cycle is not starting untill i have everything i need (hint hint AI'd) so about 2 months, also i am running hdrol right now sooooo.

Anyway i feel like ive written too much already, any and all advice is greatful, also if you have advice that you want to share only with me please feel free to pm me.

You can probably go lower on the test; 300 maybe 400 mg's/week

Turn "Usually" eat pretty healthy into eating healthy over the 2 months before you start

Nolva is outdated, do a search on here for PCT or look @ any one of Dylan or joeblow's PCT protocols....or read the stickie "Best PCT for 2010" in the PCT forum...

STOP being concerned with lift max's...it's IRRELEVANT without proper technique

You're allowed to ask for AI's, don't pussy foot around it just ask

If you're running hdrol right now you'll need to take more time off until your cycle. Time on + pct = time off
 
Thats what im talking about i hate beating around the bush, so straight to the point then, where can i get some adex? Also as far as my diet, i meant i eat healthy, mainly chicken, fish, and veggies, also an apple once in a while, but i do like to splurge on sweets (rarely) but this will be cut once on cycle, i do agree that i will wait a bit longer before my first pin. also is HCGenerate in pill form legit? And when it comes to my max, i only posted it because ive seen other people post it before so i thought it was part of the necessary intro, ive been lifting for 4 yrs on and off, off mainly due to past injury (collar bone) took me out for a year, my form is clean (obviously there is always room for improvement i am not a pro by any means). and now to the real question, and once again i know i cant ask for sources, but honestly im new in this state just moved i dont know anyone here EZ can you PM for more ummm specific questions, i would really appreciate it.

your pct is dog shit. PM me if you want a real pct AND if you are serious .. please don't waste my time if you are gonna ignore my advice and stick with nolva only (not fair to others)

your lifts are respectable for a young natural guy so you have potential, just gotta get everything squared away and not waste your first cycle and pct half assing things
