Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below ok guys,here it is, i shake like a mutherefer as it is, today was my first ever self-injection. i was shaking so bad i spilled my amp when i set it down, only a little came out though.i was trying to put the needle in the amp,knocked it over again,i realized i need 2 hands to hold the needle,finally i got all the liquid out, now im shaking so bad,like them old people your behind in the store, only worse.glute shot was out so lateral thigh was my target, slid right in, oil was all over my needle,time to aspirate, im sitting at my table with the needle just hanging there trying to stop shaking. finally aspirated and then injected, i think unless someone is willing to help me inject my gluets or delts, thigh injections are my only choice. anyway it was an acomplishment and a half, i felt great,sweating my ass off,massaging the area. all is well now, just thought id share this. maybe sounds familiar? take care bros! see yas around.

ahh...reminds me of the time i had to give an injection to a patient in front of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations(JCAHO)..for those of you who dont know,,they drop by hospitals unexpectedly and make sure everything is done right and ask you a million questions you pray you know the right answer to..or else.......man i was shaking... knocked down the vial twice..kept getting an airbubble in the syringe,,bent the needle,,then on my way out the door i accidently steped on an IV piggyback(small IV antibiotic bag) that fell on the floor of the medication room and it busted open...it was a nightmare...i know your pain
lololol Oh OH I got a story... I had to speak infront of a couple hundred people not long ago and my hand was shaking so bad the microphone almost busted my lip when i smacked in into my face.
As for injections.... your first week might be like that so get ready... then the first time you screw up, it all starts over again.

it wasone hell of an experience, i dont have to tell most of yas. quad is a little sore, but i guess i do like the feeling! im running 40 mgs d-bol(i didnt feel the effects on less, yes bros i ran d-bol by itself, felt great but a waste i know)500 mgs test enath. per wk. next injection on thursday, get ready left quad, you have a suprise commin. thanks bros for listening and your horror stories welcome aboard k@m nyc.

ihulk's remember his 1st shot. 19 yrs young (way too young btw) but overzealous nonetheless. I just jacked a 1.5" 21 gauge fucken steak knife right into the middle of my ass and jammed in about 1cc worth of prop. Didn't feel it till the next day when I couldn't sit down in my van. Had to ride to work with half an ass cheek off the cushion. Walked bo-legged for like 3 days... lol! Ahh the retarded years....

Mark, for the delt I just light reach across my body with the arm I'm injecting into and it's not too hard at all...actually my favorite spot.You can use your thumb nail to pull back on the plunger to aspirate.
I hear you on glutes though. I have no idea how people can reach there LOL

First inject was 250 cold sust through the only 27 pin my friend had. I slowly pushed it in, and started down on the plunger. At ffirst it didnt seem like it was moving so I pushed harder but twitched in the proccess because I was so nervous and squirted too much. Made me sick but I was determined. I felt like ralphing but kept pushing. Finally I got it all in and sprawled out on the floor and just laid there for 10 minutes.

I remember my first injection.. 3mL of QV Enanthate 250.. fucking loved every second of it.. Hell, back then all I knew was that if you had a syringe, fill that bitch up and shoot! After my first shot I was running around the house like a damn wild gorilla making hooting and grunting noises.. I felt like a fucking animal..

Man I never have any fun stories for these threads. I did so much goddamn research before my first shot that i wasn't nervous at all...i was excited. The next day I had that little bit of knotted-up feeling so i knew it was in the muscle, and i look forward to e4d now... Some are smoother than others tho, so get used to that...

Shoulders are actually pretty easy. Sit down and bend over a little. Let your arm hang on one of your legs and you got the delt just looking at you.
Glutes are a little harder. The bigger you get, the harder it is to twist for the shot. Make sure you are got a mirror to assist in looking when your side starts cramping up from twisting.

Way to go man. My first was in my glute and my neighbor had to do it for me. Took a few shots to calm down. I've tried delts and glutes and hate 'em. As a matter of fact, I'm sitting in a bathtub right now massaging my fuggin quad because it's so damn sore from this morning's shot.
