My first cycle

Im starting my first cycle of test and anadrol. Ive been hitting the gym hard for about three hours a day three days a week. Im 6'2 180 lbs 12% bf so im pretty thin. Anybody have any pointers as to how i can gain any quicker and also any info on the proper way to start the cycle. Im new to this so any tips will be greatly appreciated.

If you want to gain quicker


HERE IS THE SECRET

Calculate your macros.
Eat 2g of protein perkg of bodyweight eat 80 to 100g of good fats a day
Eat 3 to 4grams of carbs a day.
Get your micronutrients in to you. Magnesium zimcs etc etc.

Eat.train.sleep.repeat.

Do it naturally first. People say ah I have bla bla bla. I was at 12% bodyfat at 140lbs natty.
I got 158lbs 8% bodyfat natty. Then to 173lbs 12% natty.

Then used ASS. I'm also 5ft 8. Small dude.
Eat more. Learn your body.

Gain 20 to 40lbs naturally first.

Ok you need to give us more details:

Why are you training 3 hours a day at the gym? What's your training split? If you were working at maximum capacity and intensity, you should be in and out in an hour and a half. Unless you are doing cardio as well... but since you are looking to bulk I am guessing you are resistant training for 3 hours a day? If so, you need to dial in your training before anything else.

As EZ E says, what type of Test are you using? If you are using Test P, be ready to be jabbing EOD, as a first time user, that could be problematic. Since you are bulking go with Sust/Test E/ Test C and you can pin E4D or E5D

For your first cycle I would seriously advice you to stay the hell away from Anadrol, its a very harsh compound and it contributes to side effects (gyno and water retention) through progesterone rather than aromatisation. Which means you'd need a lot of ancillary drugs, 1st an AI like Arimidex or Aromasin to combat the aromatisation of Test and caber to combat the prolactin build up of Abombs. You would want Nolva as well just in case (you should have it anyway for PCT)

With this combo and your complete lack of PCT what you'll get is a bloated mess while ON and lose everything and more while off. This is an advanced cycle you are proposing, learn to walk before you run bro.

Stick to a Test only cycle and if you must add an oral, go with a Dbol for the first 4 weeks to kick things into gear. This way you only need an AI as your ancillary.
 
Dude wtf! Sorry, just that your going about this , plain and simple , the wrong way! If you was my training partner i would tell you : get serious and come back when you're serious. That means body and mind. Aas is not the answer for the fat or skinny guy IMO , who wants to get serious about his body. Aas would then be the answer to the fat and skinny guy who is lazy and wants the "magic pill." So what you get is a fucked up senerio and then your next post will be oops I fucked up!
Not trying to offend you but hell I hope this pisses you off enough to re-think your choices.
