Hello all my names Adrian and this is my first post.
I would like to ask you all for some advice and help, I have just purchased my first cycle and would like your help in helping me optimize its use. I have purchased a vile of Stanzanol made by Europa-Quality laboratories, It is a white substance which I would like to confirm before I use it as the real deal so if you have any expierience with this product please let me know. I was told to take 20 shots each 1cc every other day and to inject in the gluts. I was told on the upper right or left hand corners but Would like the mapquested outline lol I dont want to poke somewhere Im not suppose to, and as far as the shot goes how deep Should I insert the needle? They also told me to massage the area to prevent soreness afterwards.
Does this sound right to you all?
My current stats:
I am 5'10 267lbs with roughly 20-24 percent body fat. ive lost 16lbs dieting and working out over the past 2 months and feel as if I am ready to take it up a notch in training and dieting to get to where I want to be.
My Goal:
I started off late january at 282lbs
Im going to do what it takes to get to 215lbs and be physically fit.
My workout program:
Mon/Wed/Fri = Weight lifting alternate upper and lower body each day with sets of 5 and reps of 12-10-8-6-12
Abdominal workouts are on lower body days
tues/thurs/sat/ = Cardio Days 45 minutes minimum but dont get off the machine till I hit 700-1000 calories.
My Diet?
I am currently eating alot of grilled chicken with whole wheat pastas with olive oil and garlic. if I dont eat pasta all eat a small portion of rice or potatoes. I dont enjoy fish but am willing to learn to eat it if needed, If I eat red meat its 1 night of the week and I dont over do it.
I am drinking tons of water and for dinner DIET green tea from lipton or arizona.
I know stanzonal is not a miracle drug but I feel as if it will get me over my current plateu and help me get to my Goal. Can you please help with any info reguarding my cycle and injection site, and any help with diet or workout would be appreciated.
