My First Cycle!! Need advice, esp diet

After 31 years I'm sick of being a skinnyfat despite working my ass of in the gym. All I can think of is the chicks I've slept with who had the hottest bodies are the chicks I want to date, and based off how often you see hot chicks with ripped dudes, I think that goes both ways.

I've got a pretty aesthetic face, always dated 8s and 9s, despite my body being about a 4. Single now after a 8 yr relationship and got cheated on, so it's time to get big and have a ton of sex while I'm still young! And also hopefully find a gorgeous wife while I'm at it. :D

My stats:

31 yrs
190 lbs
6'1"
16% BF
Chicken legs
36" waist
15.5" arms (14.75" before TRT)
I started prescribed transdermal TRT about 8 months ago, since my levels were 250-300, so don't have to worry about PCT. Next TRT blood test is 9 months away.

Shipped and on it's way:

Week 1-20
Test E 450/wk in 2 pins
10mg aromasin ED
Week 5-20
EQ 600/wk in 2 pins
12.5 mg aromasin ED


I just want a few weeks on test only so I can separate the effects of test and EQ in future cycles. I figure with this plan I'll feel the test after week 4, and the EQ after week 10, so that gives me about 6 weeks to get to know testosterone by itself. I'm probably set on these two compounds since I bought them already, but am looking for advice on how to best use them. Don't want water weight, just quality gains. I already have clen, clomid, HCG, and arimidex in hand but don't have plans (as of now) to add them into this cycle.

190 and 16% BF now, I'd ultimately like to be 205 and 10% bf, though I'm not expecting that on the first cycle. Maybe 195 and 13%.

So I was thinking the first 10 weeks I'd bulk, then the last 10 weeks I'd cut? The alternative to reaching 195/13%BF is to eat at maintenance the whole 20 weeks, unless you guys would toss that out and suggest I stick to either bulk or cut for the whole cycle.

My major areas of uncertainty are:
Is the 5 weeks of just test enough to learn the compound's effects independent of EQ.
How I should go about the diet - bulk/cut or maintenance :confused:
Any other advice is welcome.


Your experience, and time spent sharing it is appreciated.

I would definitely definitely bulk the whole cycle. You are skinny and a first timer, this is a big advantage, I have heard crazy gains of people in your situation, 30 pounds and so. Unreal.

But unreal gains need an unreal diet, 600 grams of Carbs, 400 grams of Protein, 100 grams of Fat should do the trick, this is about 5000 calories a day. If you are not good at eating, you should eat fast digesting foods, like rice and fish.

It will be easier for you to cut later because you will have more muscle mass and that way, you will burn more calories, also you will look leaner with more muscle mass.

In all honestly I wouldn't spend any money on steroids for cutting at your size, but if you want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, you should take a look at "Low Test Prop + High Tren Ace" cycles.
 
My best cycle was Just test e, gained about 30 pounds. Obliviously not all muscle but I got big in 14 weeks. Running an ai will help with bloat and water weight. Also I highly recommend getting n2guard. It'll help with water weight and keep your organs healthy. So many positives to n2guard. Juice is great but if you plan to bulk EAT! Eat as clean as you can but make sure you're getting calories. Keep us posted. I hope you get mad gainz and your ex sees it lol
 
Thanks guys. Doing more thinking and with your posts, yea, I guess since I can always cut later without gear, I might as well bulk while I'm shelling out cash on compounds.

Will I really need n2guard with just test and EQ and no orals?

LOL Oh believe me brother she will see it!

Week 1-4
Test E - 400/wk
Test P - 100 EOD
TBol - 50mg/day

Week 5-6
Test E - 400/wk
EQ - 1200/wk
TBol - 50mg/day

Week 7-20
Test E - 400/wk
EQ - 600/wk

Week 20-22
Test E - 125/wk (Back to TRT Dose)
EQ - 600/wk

Possibly Extend With:

Week 23-30
Test E - 125/wk
TBol - 50mg/day

This is more for me to just write it down but thoughts would be welcome.
