200 pounds.. around 18% bf (ugh) dropped 8% in one month with a gain of 2 pounds. what do you guys think of today's food intake?

10am

20grams protein mixed in 10 egg whites with water
1/2 cup strawberries

1pm

workout

2pm

40 grams protein in water
75 grams of carbs derived from dextrose+creatine

5pm

10 oz lean red meat
1 cup brown rice
1 cup fresh veggies
2 tsp flax seed oil on veggies

8pm
Labrada shake

11pm
30 grams protein in water.
 
Just added some Yohimburn btw... my cynical nature took a break I guess. Is my chest supposed to be on fire?

If you're going to use Yohimburn, lose the carbs. Yohimbine's fat loss effects are blunted by insulin.

How often are you training and doing cardio?

Your chest is on fire b/c of the peppermint oil and menthol, its supposed to burn, but you'll get used to it.
