My cycle is not working....

err i don't get it.... you look more ripped... are you cutting... if so

i am in a cutting cycle now... it sucks not gaining 20lbs... but it beats loosing 20 hehhee

I just started Tren less than a week ago! HEHE...I never used that shit before and oh my god what a differnece. I will be adding winny too.

I went low carbs for the first few weeks...that first pic was actually taken 4 weeks before my cycle (sorry). I started dieting then and also doing cardio. I took NYC 1 -2 pills before workouts in the AM and I use the Yohimburn along with it. I avoided carbs all day but when I would get really flat I would eat oatmeal in the AM. Otherwise high protein and whatever fat I wanted.

I have not gained a pound since I started the cycle 5'5 170 - 172. (yeah another short guy)

I started eating some junk here and there and it actually made me look a little better although I did noticed that I lost some cuts. Assholes in the gym were telling me that I looked skinny so I started cheating on my diet a little more and doing more cardio.

I will post my week 12 pics. I am happy with the results fo far. I have a feeling that Fina is going to do wonders!! Good luck with your diet / cycle.

What's your diet look like??

Those are nothing less than spectacular results for only 2 months.
Besides some intense training, you must have the diet down perfect.
 
As far as food, here is the idea.

Eat a lot of protein (duh) try not to eat carbs but if you do make it oatmeal or something along those lines. Don't worry about the fat cause you need the calories!

Protein

I drink 2 - 3 50 gram shakes
1 lb of meat (Chicken salmon or steak)
30 gram protein bar
sometimes I replace 1/2 lb of meat with 8 - 10 eggs
(I don't even count any other types of protein like cottage cheese, milk etc. but I eat them too during the day)

"Carbs"

I eat salads with the meat. (lettus / spinach / broc. cheese and dressing)

On some days when I look flat I would eat shredded wheat or oatmeal with rasins in the AM. (Never on days when I do cardio) I also took 900 mgs of ALA before any carbs.

Chile kicks ASS! 1 lb meat, 1 can beans, 1 can tomatos and chile powder / cheese. Lots of protein, low carbs low fat....tastes GREAT!

Chicken, broc., cheese, and 8 eggs are great too with a little salsa!

Peanut butter...and uh....yeah peanut butter.
Flax oil from time to time with a shake.

Drinks

Water and Diet 7-up

Junk

Apple with peanut butter (GOD I LOVE THAT SHIT!)
Cottage cheese with fruit
Whip cream in my shake (NO CARBS!) or on my girlfriends tits.
Popcorn at the movie (no butter and not that often)
Splenda for a sugar sub.

My diet is simple...and it is not hard to stay on at all...I could give you a bunch of ideas but it nothing that you have not heard before....hope this helps.

Honestly, I feel pretty damn small. People tell me that a lot too because they always see me with my clothes on and I lost weight...It makes me feel like throwing in the towel and bulking up.

It was killing me to loose weight and feel my clothes getting looser. Hey Beezers....thanks for telling me to stick with the plan!! You were right!
 
I gotta give you props bro-your transformation was fucking phenominal---other than oatmeal, you eat NO starchy carbs? Is your appetite crazy w/out carbs or does the fat satisfy it? Thanks g-dogg ! I have seen you around a lot and I appreicate the feedback. Yeah I don't eat any starchy carbs besides the oatmeal. It does suck at first but you get over it. It is so damn easy to shop for food and cook.

I get so damn hungry on that EQ sometimes. I do end up eating a lot of fat but it seems to keep my system run a little hotter. I look in the mirror every day to figure out how much fat / carbs I am going to eat for the day.

I use test. cyp. and I have a script for it. I use the export GH kits and TT EQ. GH seems to be going ok but that EQ and Tren have been great. I am looking forward to seeing what Tren and Winny do after running that for a few weeks and dropping the test / EQ!

I will bulk again this winter to add some more size. After seeing SAF on here I know what I want to look like when I grow up!

I know that my diet is not a strict as some of the bros on the board but I think I would waste away to nothing if I was too hard core. I will wait until I get some more size before I try that. Thanks again!
 
Fuckin great results man.

Im 5'8, 207 right now about 14%bf and I just started cutting as well. EQ/winny/fina. Trust me man, you will LOVE the fina once it kicks in. I am actually going to run it at 150mg/ed for 6 weeks and see how that treats me. I wanna get down from 14% to 9% in 6 weeks.

Don't listen to those rats telling you you look small. They probably bulk year round and don't understand the law of diminishing returns. If you lost fat and gained muscle mass (which it seems you did) they would say the same thing.

Dude, I wasn't trying to say that the juice did it all for you. I know people who juice and don't get near to the results you are getting on this cutting cycle.

Thanks for all the support guys....I really can't thank you enough. It means a lot.

I know that I am still small and kinda stringy looking for the "bodybuilding" world. Compared to the "rest of the world" I am happy with the results. The average joe on the street would look at those pics and say "hey, pretty good". Cause they have no clue what it takes to have LEAN mass. When I was 190 - 195 I never would have thought that I would have had to get down to 170 to look lean. I thought I was just 10 -15 lbs away. When you go to cut up...the truth comes out and there is no place for muscle to hide. You either have muscle or you don't and you find out the hard way in some cases...

I just don't know how much size I can put on my frame. When I started I was 120 lbs at the same height.

I am going to bulk up one more time after I am done with this diet phase and see where I am at.


about the gh....

The GH didn't react that well with me really. It seemed to cause some problems with some joints but they feel much better now. I started the GH before my cycle and was only using 2 IU for a long time.

This is my third cycle in 10 years. A long time ago I did a few cycles. They were test only and I never went above 400 mg / week. I would do 200 - 300 per week! and I stacked it with nothing else.....(makes me laugh when I think about it. I didn't even know what clomid was back then.)

I quit training for a number of years in between to go to school and change careers.

The last 2 cycles have been serious....thanks to all that I have learned from this board and some additional research. I have always had a strong background in nutrition and supplements...just not much on gear. I have a biochem degree.


I have been doing cardio 3 -4 days per week (on days when I don't train.) I train with weight 3 days. (push, pull, legs)

I hope that Fina is all that it is cracked up to be...so far it seems that way.

It is hard to get over the fact that you are taknig a Big cycle and you are not gaining a frickin' pound! It sucks ass when you are use to gaining 15 - 20+ off a cycle. Be prepared mentally....take some pics, they will help remind you that the shit is working!
