Honestly I don't use it anymore....didn't see any results that constituted the money....not that it is exspensive.

Just buy something cheap, like AST or just any pure creatine....and take it with carbs.

koolzero, never listen to anyone at GNC. carbs only help with absorbtion of creatine, you can still take creatine w/o carbs though.
 
Have been at 181 the past 2 days and have been in ketosis since Tuesday morning after the massive carbfest last week.

I realized that I lost too much, too fast and it almost looks like i'm wasting away.

Started a 6 week cycle of 1-AD with glutamine and started on Yohimburn this week.

I'm happy that my weight hasn't changed because i'm pretty sure i'm not losing muscle any longer.
 
I don't know what he was trying to sell me I just called up my local GNC to ask a general question.

Even at the gym the guy was putting down the CKD and saying if you don't eat any carbs you're going to lose muslce.

idiots.

theoretically you can lose muscle. New muscle tissue cannot be formed in the absence of insulin. Fortunately ketones are muscle sparing by nature and as a result, can preserve muscle mass more effectively when calorie deficient than a balanced cal deficit diet. It is often argued, however, that the presence of insulin in balanced restricted cal diets allows new muscle formation even in the presence of limited catabolism to outweigh the benefits of ketones' muscle sparing qualities.
 
people take it when they do their carb ups. during your carb free days taking r-ala means you're taking a very expensive anti-oxidant.

I take borage oil (gla) during the week and not on my carb up days. You might be able to take it during carb up time but I don't.
