This is the start of my second week on CKD
So far I've not lost anything significant. One day I weighed myself and I was down 4 lbs. I weighed again later on in the day and I was back to 230

. I put my scale away so I won't be obsessed with it.
I use the ketostix alot to see if I've been kicked out of ketosis. So far I haven't. I don't see why I haven't lost anything.
Will it do me much good if I'm in Ketosis but not eating quite enough? I'm doing my best to keep track of all that I ate today. I came really close I'm about 400 calories away. But I'm way off on Fat content and Protein. My carbs are under 20.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
Oh and I take a multivitamin, fiber caps, and an EFA every day!
Has anyone ever mixed heavy cream with a Vanilla Whey shake? I just thought of this just now and I'm wondering if this would be acceptible.
One other thing that is sort of off topic. I haven't really lifted weights much until I started CKD. I'm extremely weak! Is there any kind of estimate on how much I should be able to increase my weight that I bench. My bench from this week to last week is the same.
