I just thought of this yesterday. I made it. It was really, really good.
Recipe: 3 servings - 50g protein, 50g carbs, 20g fats
16 ounces Ground Beef buffalo
3 servings whole wheat pasta
1 can of organic kidney beans
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup mild salsa
diced onion
diced garlic
Make meatballs with buffalo, onion, and garlic. Cook meatballs and cook pasta. Put beans and salsa with the cooking meatballs and then add the cooked pasta. That's it. Really easy, tasty, and amazingly healthly. Enjoy.
